The server measures your source video's real duration after upload and bills on that, so there is nothing to estimate wrong — but it also means you cannot predict the exact cost until the file is in.
Is the original voice kept?
Yes, by default. Turn off 'keep original audio' if you want the model to generate new audio instead — expect it to sound different from the real voice.
Is there a length limit?
2 to 600 seconds, and a task is capped at 8 internal segments to keep a single submission from silently generating dozens of billed calls.
